Employment Strategies, Inc. pays 65% of the
employee’s monthly premium and 40% of all
dependent’s premiums.
• 401K Plan
Employment Strategies, Inc. offers one of the industry’s
best 401k Plans through a large pension provider. We
offer 60+ investment funds and provide a 25% match
on contributions to $500.
• 125 Plan
This plan allows for the pretax deductions of group
medical premiums which benefits our employees by
helping many to lower their overall tax liability.
• Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is offered to all employees. We can
usually have the very first paycheck set for direct
deposit if all requirements are met.
• Midweek Payday
Payday is each Wednesday, with an additional Friday
payday for late timecards.
• Vacation Pay*
Recruited staff receives 40 hours matching pay after
only 1,500 hours.
• Holiday Pay*
Recruited staff receives 6 paid holidays after only
680 hours.
• Jury Duty Pay
Employment Strategies, Inc. pays up to 24 hours at the
employee’s current pay rate.
• Bereavement Pay
Employment Strategies, Inc. pays up to 24 hours at the
employee’s current pay rate.
